Alabama Accountability Act provides tax credits for private school tuition or ESAs for students in failing schools
Who Is Eligible
- Students zoned for or attending “failing” schools
- Income below 185% of federal poverty level for scholarships
How to Apply
- Check school status on AL DOE website.
- Apply through scholarship granting organization.
- Submit income verification.
- Enroll in participating school
